TRANSFORM will develop rigorous, generic methods for integration of primary care clinical and research activities to support patient safety and clinical research via rich capture of clinical data, distributed interoperability of EHRs and software tools for controlled vocabularies and standardized data elements in clinical research. Imperial's part in the research is to model provenance in EHR query and decision support systems for verification and optimization.
